Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime and your card will not be charged for the following month. You will not be refunded for prior payments.

What payment methods do you accept?

For monthly plans we accept any major credit card. For yearly plans, payment can be made via credit card or by bank transfer (USA and Europe only).

Do You Offer a Free Trial?

Yes, you can try OnCall IQ free for 14 days. Some limitations on the number of calling minutes allowed may apply.

What if I already have an answering service?

No problem. We partner with answering services by adding a helpful layer of technology to manage your on-call shift schedules and route incoming calls to the right on-call team member. With OnCall IQ, your answering service doesn’t need to be told who’s on-call or what number to contact because you’ll have one phone number that always routes to your on-call team.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer friendly US-based support via email and chat. Both options are available inside the app or on the contact page on this site.
